Our Story

Founded by Chris Sandham, Simply 3 brings together more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across Australia and New Zealand. Chris has led national teams of 650+ consultants, managed a $150M P&L, delivered record profit years, and built award-winning programs recognised by SEEK, RCSA, and Recruitment International.

He’s worked across financial services, government, telecommunications, and mining—always with a focus on people, performance, and outcomes.
