Simply3 was created by Chris Sandham to make leadership development simple, practical, and effective.
Chris brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across Australia and New Zealand. He has led national teams of more than 650 consultants, managed a $150M P&L, delivered record profit years, and built award-winning programs recognised by SEEK, RCSA, and Recruitment International.

He has worked across financial services, government, telecommunications, and mining. Across all roles, his focus stays the same, people, performance, and clear outcomes.
